[Opm] Errors with a radial grid

Hi Sergei,

The first issue in OPM is related to 

WCONINJE
P1 GAS 1* GRUP 1.58462E+06 1* 280 /
  /

I switched GRUP to RATE and the error disappeared; the simulation could run several times steps. 

Another issue is also related to well, none of the simulators can keep up the rate and BHP limit defined. Eclipse switches immediately to BHP control and shows some convergence issues. While OPM shuts the well completely and breaks. 

Note; OPM-flow currently does not support the COMP keyword. But I see you only have one division in theta direction. Couldn't you get away using a cake slice instead of full circle?

Haven't seen similar error with radial model yet. Would you be able to share the case so can take a look in debug mode?

I am trying to run a simple gas-to-oil injection case in cylindrical coordinates.

The well is placed in the center and is completed with connection factors computed in ECLIPSE.

The case runs fine in ECLIPSE but fails at the first time step with OPM.

I wonder if someone has encountered similar errors and could help me to troubleshoot:

Starting time step 0, stepsize 1 days, at day 0/31, date = 01-Jan-2022

Restart file written for report step   0/240, date = 01-Jan-2022 00:00:00
