[Opm] opm-simulators: What is up with the history

Hi,

I am havin trouble checkout historical states of the archive.

E.g. I want to use the state at commit 5bb705f, see
https://github.com/OPM/opm-simulators/tree/5bb705f

Unfortunately, there are some files missing (e.g. CMakeLists.txt). Is
that expected?
