[Opm] opm-output Status of SUMMARY support

Hi all,

Summary support is developing rapidly. Once #65 is merged the following list of keywords can be output:

More keywords are obviously underway, but they will probably require more thought and potentially redesign to work.

Regardless, it's shaping up nicely. Please do not hesitate to report errors or shortcomings, and feel free to contribute with code, documentation or examples.
