[Opm] Removing the "output_comparator" from opm-data

Hi.


With the ongoing efforts to create comparison code and applications / tests for simulator output, I believe the output_comparator folder (https://github.com/OPM/opm-data/tree/master/output_comparator) can and should be removed.


Any objections?
