[Opm] Problem installing python-ecl for 2017.10 version of OPM

We are sorry about this known issue. according to
http://opm-project.org/pipermail/opm/2017-December/001204.html this
will be resolved early next year by rebulding the packages. Maybe
Roland's suggestion in the same thread helps?
