[Opm] Build of opm-parser is broken with Boost in non-standard location.

Since yesterday afternoon the build in opm-parser has been broken for developers who have Boost installed in a non-standard location. We have looked into for several hours this afternoon, but not yet succeeded - I therefor fear the master branch of opm-parser will remain broken over the weekend.
