[Opm] Module restructuring: opm-core module removed

Dear OPM community,


As part of ongoing work to simplify and reorganize the module structure, the opm-core module has now been removed. Most of the classes and functions have been moved to opm-simulators, with a few exceptions.


Build instructions have been updated.
