[Opm] How to suppress message "Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key"

Hi,

Thanks for picking up my query.

Attached are the output of the following two commands:

  * flow SPE1CASE1.DATA > spe1.out 2> spe1.err
  * flow --help > help.out 2> help.err

The error 'Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key' is written to 'stderr'.

I googled around a bit and found comments that openmpi might be 
generating the error, but unclear to me how to fix this. In my 
environment 'mpirun' also throws the same error.
