[Opm] Problem installing OPM binaries

Hi,
I am installing OPM binaries on a computer running Windows 10 on which I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 under the Linux sub-system. (I've got it to work on a separate machine but not this one) I am following the instructions here:

I get an error on the last step of the OPM installation. It happens when I run the following line in Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get install libopm-simulators-bin
The error message I get is below. Any help with this would be appreciated. It looks like libopm-simulators-bin doesn't exist, only libopm-simulators1-bin. I've tried installing simulators1 and this has the same error.
