[Opm] Surface tension in opm-upscaling

I see, and it is undocumented. Maybe Lars knows, otherwise you will probably just need to inspect the code. If you do, please tell so that we can update the documentation.

Hi Alf,
Sorry I should have been more specific, I am using
steadystate_test_implicit to be able to upscale for any capillary
number. In the wiki (for this function), the default value is 1 but no
unit is specified.
