[Opm] OPM 2020.10 Release Available

Congratulations on the new release of opm flow.  As a user who has
benefited from flow as a tool to teach applied reservoir simulation, it is
gratifying that flow is still being supported. Thanks to your team of
dedicated professionals who believe that open source does not mean
mediocre, lightweight software. Keep up the good work.
