[Opm] OPM for Ubuntu 20.1

Hi,

sorry but binary packages are only provided for LTS releases. You have  to  build from source.

Dear All,
I am trying to install OPM on Ubuntu 20.1, but unfortunately the ppa:opm/ppa is not available.
Same issue for ResInsight, package is not available for same Ubuntu version.
Is there an option to install it locally on Ubuntu 20.1
