Alun,

You have a couple of options:

 1.   You can use the RPTRST in the SOLUTION section to get the initial
    property data.
 2. To get FIP report create a SCHEDULE section with one time step and
    the required RPRSCHED keyword, don't have any any wells etc. That
    should work.

If the volumes are okay after you apply any other adjustments, then put 
back the full SCHEDULE minus the UDQ/UDA variables and keywords that use 
them variables. Does that run?
