[Opm] Issues installing OPM upscaling module

Hi,

We apologise deeply for misleading you with our Wiki page.  Those build instructions are, by now, many years out of date as have switched to using CMake and no longer use the "autoconf" approach.  Please review

for the current instructions to build the package from source code.  I will discuss the outdated Wiki page with my fellow OPM developers.

I am trying to install the OPM upscaling module using the instructions here:

I have installed the required packages (including autoconf) but when I type

  autoreconf -i

I get the following error message:

  autoreconf: 'configure.ac' or configure.in' is required.

I ignored this and typed

./configure

but got this error message

bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

I then tried following the instructions here:

upscale_singlephase

I get this error message:

upscale_singlephase: command not found.

I am guessing that this is all to do with the system not being
configured properly but have no clue how to fix this so would appreciate
any suggestions you might have
