[Opm] Logo proposed for OPM

Dear all,


We have created a logo for OPM, shown below. Before we start using it, we welcome comments and feedback here on the mailing list, in case there are legal or other reasons we cannot adopt the current proposal as our logo.

If there are no significant obstacles reported, this will become the OPM logo. A usage policy will also be created.
